The kid thought no one was watching and wanted to let the strays know they aren’t alone in this world. 
Ibrahim was heading to school one day when he came across a couple of stray dogs on the street. Instead of continuing on his way, he stopped and offered them a loving embrace. The little boy hugged them to let them know they aren’t alone in this world…
He didn’t know he was being watched, but a stranger in a building nearby happened to see it and recorded the hugs. You can even see the kid walking away at one point before turning around and coming right back
