The Mexican Congress grabbed headlines as it convened a session to listen to a journalist’s presentation regarding two sets of remains believed to be of extraterrestrial origin. Mexican journalist and researcher, Jaime Maussan, claimed to have unearthed these peculiar remains in Peru back in 2017. Maussan further specified that these remains have been dated to approximately 1,000 years old, a determination made through the procedures of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

Jose de Jesus Zalce Benitez, the Director of the Navy’s Institute of Medical Sciences, affirmed that X-ray imaging, 3-D reconstruction, and DNA analysis had collectively established that these were “not human remains.”
